Chemical Peel

Chemical
peels are performed by plastic surgeons to restore skin to a more
acceptable condition that has been damaged by the sun, is blemished,
wrinkled or unevenly pigmented. For this procedure a chemical solution
is applied to the skin to peel away the top layers. Chemical peels
are most successful when used on patients with fair, thin skin who
have superficial wrinkles,
